The Administrator has total responsibility
(under the policy direction of the Owner and supervision
of the Management Agent) for all phases of the operation
of the project including operation of the program as
well as maintenance of the physical plant. The
Administrator is responsible for supervising, and
evaluating staff consisting of one maintenance person,
one part-time janitor and one full-time
groundsman. | |
Assistant Under supervision to perform and implement
all Section 8 regulations as required for annual
recertifications; is responsible for carrying out,
interpreting and coordinating policies, procedures and
methods of the property management programs.
Interpretations of important detailed reports; setup and
maintenance of files to facilitate the keeping of
required information and records.

Maintenance
Supervisor Is directly responsible for the
functioning, maintenance and repair of all mechanical
and electrical equipment including, but not limited to:
plumbing & heating systems, water system, pumps,
fans, emergency generators, circuit breakers, kitchen
equipment, and maintenance and cleaning
supplies. | |

Maintenance
Person Renovate vacant units, painting, patching
holes, repairs to appliances, countertops, plumbing
repairs. Complete all assigned work orders in a timely
and efficient manner with an emphasis on quality and
safety. |
